  • Exceptional English writing and speaking skills.
  • Comfortable with the organized chaos of a scaling startup.
  • Quick to understand technical products.
  • Ability to travel within Europe as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify ideal client profiles across verticals.
  • Execute outbound campaigns using a multi-channel approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, event outreach).
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Salesforce to drive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Maintain active nurturing cadences while focusing on high-value target accounts weekly.
  • Lead discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and buying processes.
  • Accurately log activities and interactions in our CRM.
  • Track KPIs, lead statuses, and engagement outcomes for reporting and improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing to refine ICP and improve targeting.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep outreach sharp and relevant.
