Requirements
- 12 months of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (ideally from start-up and SaaS/tech company).
- Exceptional English writing and speaking skills.
- Comfortable with the organized chaos of a scaling startup.
- Quick to understand technical products.
- Ability to travel within Europe as needed.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify ideal client profiles across verticals.
- Execute outbound campaigns using a multi-channel approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, event outreach).
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Salesforce to drive outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain active nurturing cadences while focusing on high-value target accounts weekly.
- Lead discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and buying processes.
- Accurately log activities and interactions in our CRM.
- Track KPIs, lead statuses, and engagement outcomes for reporting and improvement.
- Work closely with marketing to refine ICP and improve targeting.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep outreach sharp and relevant.
