Requirements
- Strong communication skills in German and English (C1-C2 level).
- 1-2 years of professional experience in customer support, ideally with B2B software.
- Proficiency in written and live dialogue.
- Experience in QA or IT background (engineering education, programming, or deep expertise in CRM/SaaS) is a big plus.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to retain customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers (first-level support).
- Escalate issues to higher tiers when more in-depth technical support is required.
- Make pre-sales presentations on the product as well as on new product launches.
- Conduct training with the customers.
- Handle upselling requests, consulting on subscription options, and invoicing.
- Support internal teams (Product, Marketing) by providing valuable insights and input.
