Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in German and English (C1-C2 level).
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer support, ideally with B2B software.
  • Proficiency in written and live dialogue.
  • Experience in QA or IT background (engineering education, programming, or deep expertise in CRM/SaaS) is a big plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to retain customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers (first-level support).
  • Escalate issues to higher tiers when more in-depth technical support is required.
  • Make pre-sales presentations on the product as well as on new product launches.
  • Conduct training with the customers.
  • Handle upselling requests, consulting on subscription options, and invoicing.
  • Support internal teams (Product, Marketing) by providing valuable insights and input.
