Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and French-Canadian
  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or MSP preferred
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Organized and proactive with ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Ownership mindset
  • Familiarity with IT terminology or security technology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective French-speaking clients.
  • Provide consultative guidance on product integrations and IT security best practices.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage the full post-sales lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
  • Develop and execute success plans and conduct regular check-ins.
  • Participate in business reviews to demonstrate value.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and mitigate churn risk.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Support incident and problem management.
