Requirements
- Fluent in both English and French-Canadian
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role
- Experience in B2B SaaS or MSP preferred
- Ability to deliver product demonstrations
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Organized and proactive with ability to manage multiple accounts
- Ownership mindset
- Familiarity with IT terminology or security technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective French-speaking clients.
- Provide consultative guidance on product integrations and IT security best practices.
- Own a portfolio of accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Manage the full post-sales lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
- Develop and execute success plans and conduct regular check-ins.
- Participate in business reviews to demonstrate value.
- Monitor customer health metrics and mitigate churn risk.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Support incident and problem management.
