Requirements

  • 2–3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with CS platforms such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango
  • Strong presentation skills for QBRs, demos, and client reviews
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and drive renewals
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence
  • Ability to balance client advocacy with business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and define success criteria
  • Manage a portfolio of 20–40 client accounts
  • Monitor client usage and identify at-risk accounts
  • Execute re-engagement playbooks and deliver QBRs
  • Triage client issues and coordinate with internal teams
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Own renewal pipeline and ensure timely contract completion
  • Report on client health, usage metrics, and renewal status
