Requirements
- 2–3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles
- Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with CS platforms such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango
- Strong presentation skills for QBRs, demos, and client reviews
- Proven ability to manage accounts and drive renewals
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
- Ability to balance client advocacy with business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and define success criteria
- Manage a portfolio of 20–40 client accounts
- Monitor client usage and identify at-risk accounts
- Execute re-engagement playbooks and deliver QBRs
- Triage client issues and coordinate with internal teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Own renewal pipeline and ensure timely contract completion
- Report on client health, usage metrics, and renewal status
