Requirements

  • 2+ years as an individual contributor in an SDR position
  • 2+ years of SDR Management experience
  • Proven track record of scaling a successful outbound sales effort
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS with technical knowledge
  • Proficiency with CRM reporting (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with data insights tools (Gong, Chorus, etc.)
  • Ability to lead with a data-centric mindset
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for team productivity

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train/coach, and lead a team of SDRs
  • Develop emails, call talk tracks, and workflows for multiple ICPs
  • Create and expand upon an SDR playbook
  • Approach strategy with an analytic mindset using data and results
  • Partner with Marketing to streamline lead list creation and transfer of leads to AEs
  • Work with RevOps to ideate automations and custom reports
