Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-6 years of related experience.
- Hands-on experience with Appian.
- Understanding of SQL.
- Proficiency in Agile and SAFe practices.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with documentation, modeling, and process mapping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
- Gather and define detailed business and technical requirements.
- Create clear documentation including functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Refine and maintain the product backlog using Jira.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and refinement sessions.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.
- Provide testing, validation, and implementation support.
- Participate in BSA Communities of Practice and knowledge sharing.
