Requirements
- 5+ years of business analyst experience.
- Proven experience supporting broad-impact, cross-functional systems.
- Advanced skills in requirements elicitation for business processes and system functionality.
- Advanced general analysis and gap analysis skills.
- Experience generating multiple types of business and/or process documentation.
- Experience identifying and designing business/system improvements.
- Ability to coordinate and manage small-sized projects and tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems and strategic solution design.
- Professional Business Analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA, PBA) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and issue analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
- Translate and simplify business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Design, document, and maintain business and system processes.
- Identify and design business and/or system improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the development of business cases for strategic initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables.
- Manage small to mid-sized projects and/or project tasks.
- Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project lifecycle principles.
- Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams.
