Requirements

  • Experience in tech-forward, mortgage, or fintech environments preferred.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with manufactured housing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own full revenue metrics and market share position for assigned portfolio.
  • Drive measurable growth in applications, funded loans, and average loan size.
  • Identify and execute against performance gaps and revenue opportunities.
  • Diagnose structural growth blockers and escalate to leadership.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for clients.
  • Onboard new locations and deepen product adoption.
  • Ensure partners are trained on end-to-end processes.
  • Track KPIs and maintain accurate account data in Salesforce.
