- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.

- Experience in tech-forward, mortgage, or fintech environments preferred.
- SaaS experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with manufactured housing industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own full revenue metrics and market share position for assigned portfolio.
- Drive measurable growth in applications, funded loans, and average loan size.
- Identify and execute against performance gaps and revenue opportunities.
- Diagnose structural growth blockers and escalate to leadership.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for clients.
- Onboard new locations and deepen product adoption.
- Ensure partners are trained on end-to-end processes.
- Track KPIs and maintain accurate account data in Salesforce.
