Requirements
- 5–7 years in a role centered around relationship management, strategic partnerships, network development, or other similar field
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Analytical mindset with a track record of improving systems
- Curiosity about people, networks and how relationships drive business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Translate qualitative customer and prospect insights into actionable quantitative data within our CRM
- Architect a scalable framework for relationship tagging
- Identify and resolve Salesforce data gaps to drive sustainable data quality improvements
- Own the build and ongoing maintenance of key databases
- Evaluate existing workflows and lead initiatives to automate or streamline inefficiencies
- Establish and maintain SOPs and documentation
- Map and maintain relationship data to surface connection opportunities
- Conduct Relationship Gap Analysis to surface unknown and dormant relationships
- Build reporting on referral exchanges, opportunities, and follow-up needs
