Responsibilities

  • Own full revenue metrics and market share position of assigned portfolio.
  • Drive measurable growth in applications, funded loans, and average loan size.
  • Identify, quantify, and execute against performance gaps and revenue opportunities.
  • Diagnose structural growth blockers and escalate to leadership.
  • Serve as primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
  • Expand revenue through strategic account development and product adoption.
  • Maintain deep visibility into pipeline activity and funding trends.
  • Ensure partners are trained on end-to-end loan processes.
  • Track and report on KPIs and maintain data in Salesforce.
