Responsibilities
- Own full revenue metrics and market share position of assigned portfolio.
- Drive measurable growth in applications, funded loans, and average loan size.
- Identify, quantify, and execute against performance gaps and revenue opportunities.
- Diagnose structural growth blockers and escalate to leadership.
- Serve as primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
- Expand revenue through strategic account development and product adoption.
- Maintain deep visibility into pipeline activity and funding trends.
- Ensure partners are trained on end-to-end loan processes.
- Track and report on KPIs and maintain data in Salesforce.
