  • 10+ years in sales
  • 5+ years leading B2B SaaS sales organizations
  • Proven experience building sales teams from 0→1 or 1→10
  • Rigorous forecasting and pipeline methodology
  • Player-coach mentality
  • Experience selling into healthcare providers (practices, groups, health systems)
  • Experience selling AI or automation products

Responsibilities

  • Own the new ARR target and the strategy to hit it
  • Build the sales org from the ground up — you'll hire the founding AE team and SDR manager
  • Define segmentation, territories, and compensation plans
  • Coach enterprise deals personally and maintain rigorous forecast discipline to the board
  • Partner with marketing on pipeline and with client success on land-and-expand
  • Represent Transform9 with key prospects and at industry events
