Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical customer success, or cloud technical customer support.
- Solid knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Web Development, Programming Logic, and Computer Networks.
- Professional English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Professional or conversational proficiency in Mandarin.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve complex technical inquiries, software bugs, and system requests.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and provide effective architecture solutions for technical bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Continuously deepen expertise in product suite and services.
- Provide ongoing, data-driven input to internal engineering teams.
