Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical customer success, or cloud technical customer support.
  • Solid knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Web Development, Programming Logic, and Computer Networks.
  • Professional English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Professional or conversational proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve complex technical inquiries, software bugs, and system requests.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and provide effective architecture solutions for technical bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Continuously deepen expertise in product suite and services.
  • Provide ongoing, data-driven input to internal engineering teams.
