Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, customer success, or solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS, martech, analytics, or ecommerce preferred.
  • Comfort with data and technical troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize competing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with support platforms like Intercom, HubSpot, or Jira.
  • SQL fluency, familiarity with pixels/server-side tracking, or debugging ad-platform integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers across live chat and email support.
  • Understand customer business outcomes and goals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues including pixel, integrations, and reporting.
  • Partner with Moby AI tool to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Coach customers on best practices and platform workflows.
  • Document findings and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Surface customer feedback and trends to Product and Engineering.
