Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, customer success, or solutions.
- Experience in SaaS, martech, analytics, or ecommerce preferred.
- Comfort with data and technical troubleshooting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize competing customer needs.
- Familiarity with support platforms like Intercom, HubSpot, or Jira.
- SQL fluency, familiarity with pixels/server-side tracking, or debugging ad-platform integrations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers across live chat and email support.
- Understand customer business outcomes and goals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues including pixel, integrations, and reporting.
- Partner with Moby AI tool to resolve customer inquiries.
- Coach customers on best practices and platform workflows.
- Document findings and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Surface customer feedback and trends to Product and Engineering.
