Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B field, regional, or integrated marketing experience.
  • Senior leadership experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • Proven success driving +$1B pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience supporting direct sales and channel-led GTM motions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI in marketing to improve ROI and personalization.
  • Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an AI-enabled field marketing strategy for North America and Latin America.
  • Align regional field marketing plans with corporate GTM strategy, sales priorities, and vertical market focus.
  • Lead the use of AI for campaign content, predictive account prioritization, and personalized ABM experiences.
  • Execute high-impact programs including industry events, partner MDF programs, and C-suite engagements.
  • Collaborate with Channel and Partner Marketing to accelerate pipeline.
  • Manage Americas field marketing results, reporting on pipeline impact and program ROI.
  • Mentor and scale a team of regional field marketing leaders and managers.
