Requirements

  • 10+ years in performance marketing with ownership of acquisition outcomes.
  • Deep fluency in measurement frameworks, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing.
  • Hands-on budget management experience with large paid media budgets.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses with PLG and sales-assisted funnels.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display), Meta (Advantage+), and Programmatic (DV360, TTD).
  • Proven people leadership and capability building experience.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and analytical judgment.
  • Strategic ability to define funnel architecture and post-click experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define purpose, audience, and success criteria for each performance channel.
  • Maintain a channel roadmap for paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
  • Partner with Product and Web to design post-click user experiences.
  • Co-own the measurement framework including attribution and incrementality testing.
  • Manage performance marketing budget, spend pacing, and CAC outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a creative testing engine in partnership with Brand and Creative teams.
  • Lead and mentor channel specialists with a focus on structured experimentation.
