Requirements
- 10+ years in performance marketing with ownership of acquisition outcomes.
- Deep fluency in measurement frameworks, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing.
- Hands-on budget management experience with large paid media budgets.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses with PLG and sales-assisted funnels.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display), Meta (Advantage+), and Programmatic (DV360, TTD).
- Proven people leadership and capability building experience.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and analytical judgment.
- Strategic ability to define funnel architecture and post-click experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define purpose, audience, and success criteria for each performance channel.
- Maintain a channel roadmap for paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
- Partner with Product and Web to design post-click user experiences.
- Co-own the measurement framework including attribution and incrementality testing.
- Manage performance marketing budget, spend pacing, and CAC outcomes.
- Build and maintain a creative testing engine in partnership with Brand and Creative teams.
- Lead and mentor channel specialists with a focus on structured experimentation.
