Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience with hands-on ownership of demand generation programs, multi-channel campaign execution, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven HubSpot power user or admin (workflows, campaigns, lead management, reporting).
- Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, and paid media platforms.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS with direct alignment to a B2B sales team.
- Demonstrated track record of setting and hitting aggressive pipeline, lead generation, or revenue-influenced marketing goals.
- Meticulous attention to detail with experience in campaign QA, A/B testing, data hygiene, and multi-touch attribution.
- Familiarity with AI/agentic search and answer engine optimization (AEO/GEO).
- Strong communicator who can write clear process documentation and present data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the marketing tech stack and digital channels, including HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, build, and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across all channels from strategy through post-campaign analysis.
- Develop and manage demand generation programs to build awareness and drive qualified pipeline.
- Configure and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing sequences, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
- Manage paid acquisition strategy across search, social, and paid agentic/answer engine channels.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define lead handoff criteria and attribution models.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
- Document marketing operations processes and develop SOPs for team training.
