Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global account management, client success, or enterprise sales roles.
- Proven experience managing complex, multinational client portfolios in a B2B environment.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, improve profitability, and expand client accounts.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to manage P&L and identify business drivers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging C-suite audiences.
- Proven ability to build strategic account plans and execute against defined revenue goals.
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional, and global environments.
- Strong negotiation skills, including experience with contracts, renewals, and RFP processes.
- High proficiency with business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with periodic travel for client engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management and growth of a portfolio of global multinational accounts, ensuring revenue expansion and long-term client retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on increasing profitability and unlocking new revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, across complex global organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing client needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Lead business reviews, executive presentations, and quarterly and annual client performance discussions.
- Collaborate with regional teams across multiple geographies to align global client strategies and execution.
- Develop innovative pricing and commercial strategies while supporting ongoing client profitability and P&L management.
- Drive consultative discussions that position value-added solutions, including technology optimization and policy improvements.
- Manage negotiations, including RFPs and contract renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide account strategy, improve performance, and strengthen client engagement.
