Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize documentation for medical reduction requests
- Negotiate bill reductions directly with medical providers
- Monitor progress and follow up on reduction requests
- Maintain thorough records of all negotiation activity and outcomes
- Track distribution of funds resulting from reductions
- Provide clear status updates to clients
- Collaborate with legal, billing, and client services teams
