Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with change management best practices
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane)
- Proficiency with Salesforce for tracking deployments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Ability to analyze deployment metrics and trends
- Experience in developing reports and identifying operational inefficiencies
- Strong communication and persuasion skills for senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own the entirety of the deployment phase, including the development of detailed project plans, defining critical milestones, and proactively mitigating risks
- Serve as the main point of contact for deployment activities, leading regular project status meetings and aligning resources
- Analyze implementation trends and potential bottlenecks
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement in deployment methodologies
- Develop and document best practices and standardized playbooks
- Implement scalable solutions to ensure a smoother, faster onboarding experience
- Develop a strong understanding of the product, customer persona, and investment goals
