Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager and/or in enterprise customer success.
- Proven track record of turning processes into effective, scalable programs.
- Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or Catalyst preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans for client implementations.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across account management, product, marketing, and sales.
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and modify client-specific training programs.
- Collaborate on client documentation and training materials.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor team and individual KPIs using data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation playbooks.
