Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Experience in end-to-end system implementations.
- Proven track record of building trust with executives and leadership.
- Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations.
- Manage deployment of IoT technology to large-scale customers.
- Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage.
- Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
- Run training sessions and demonstrate technology.
- Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel.
- Serve as a mentor to wider Customer Success and Support teams.
- Explain platform capabilities to diverse customer stakeholders.
