Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success for B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a customer-facing team
  • Proven track record managing renewals, expansion, and revenue targets
  • Experience building or improving CS or renewal processes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Native English proficiency
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and manage a team of 3 Account Manager team members
  • Build and improve the account management and customer success department
  • Set team goals and track performance against retention and revenue targets
  • Manage renewal performance and drive expansion opportunities
  • Monitor account health and develop strategies to reduce churn
  • Manage relationships with strategic key client accounts
  • Lead QBRs, renewal meetings, and client check-ins
  • Build and improve reporting for adoption, retention, and revenue
