Requirements
- Prior Army experience (Military, Government Civilian, or contractor).
- Experience working within Department of Defense organizations or programs.
- Ability to build relationships with government stakeholders and mission partners.
- Experience supporting delivery of software, cloud, platform, cybersecurity, or DevSecOps solutions.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, DevSecOps, or modern software delivery.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into technical solutions.
- Experience coordinating work across technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Strong communication and briefing skills.
- Experience supporting customer demonstrations or proof-of-concept efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Defense Unicorns products and capabilities.
- Translate customer requirements and mission needs into actionable work items and delivery plans.
- Coordinate execution across engineering teams to support successful delivery of customer outcomes.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking activities.
- Work directly with Army stakeholders to understand mission objectives and gather requirements.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support demonstrations, technical workshops, and customer engagements.
- Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Partner with technical leads and architects to ensure solution alignment.
- Contribute to proposals, technical responses, and white papers.
