Requirements
- Experience managing IT systems in companies of 500+ employees.
- Expert-level macOS administration and troubleshooting (with supplemental Windows support).
- Hands-on experience with Okta (identity), Google Workspace (collaboration), and Slack.
- Practical experience with AWS Admin Portal for resource management.
- Experience using generative and agentic AI tools for workflow automation.
- Strong documentation and technical communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with experience in configuration and change management.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-spectrum IT infrastructure lifecycle (install, configure, maintain).
- Integrate disparate applications using APIs and workflow automation tools.
- Serve as primary escalation point for Desktop Support Engineers.
- Provide expert-level guidance on complex technical issues.
- Facilitate and deliver technical solutions across business units.
- Maintain high standards through rigorous ticket quality control.
