- 5+ years experience in legal technology.
- Experience contributing to assessments, requirements gathering, and system configuration.
- Deep experience in implementing technology changes.
- Understanding of implementation and upgrade lifecycles.
- Strong observational, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping.
- Effective written and spoken communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering and process documentation.
- Configure and develop technologies based on design requirements.
- Support client business process reviews and technical design.
- Draft project deliverables including functional designs, data maps, and test scripts.
- Provide line management and mentorship to Junior Associate Consultants.
- Assist in business development efforts including RFPs and workplans.
- Conduct research on legal technology and finance operational trends.
- Maintain ~80% billable utilization for self and the team.
