  • 5+ years experience in legal technology.
  • Experience contributing to assessments, requirements gathering, and system configuration.
  • Deep experience in implementing technology changes.
  • Understanding of implementation and upgrade lifecycles.
  • Strong observational, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping.
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process documentation.
  • Configure and develop technologies based on design requirements.
  • Support client business process reviews and technical design.
  • Draft project deliverables including functional designs, data maps, and test scripts.
  • Provide line management and mentorship to Junior Associate Consultants.
  • Assist in business development efforts including RFPs and workplans.
  • Conduct research on legal technology and finance operational trends.
  • Maintain ~80% billable utilization for self and the team.
