Requirements
- 2 to 3 years in IT systems administration or related role.
- Hands-on automation and scripting expertise in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Experience using AI coding tools for scripting.
- Endpoint management experience with Jamf and Intune.
- Cloud access and IAM experience in AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with identity and SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Atlassian, and GitHub.
- Experience with workflow automation tooling such as SOAR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and cross-functional working style.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain macOS and Windows fleet end to end.
- Enforce CIS controls using Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
- Develop and maintain Bash and PowerShell Worklets for endpoint automation.
- Administer identity and SaaS access (Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub).
- Automate joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle processes.
- Administer IAM across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Design and deploy workflow automations to remove repetitive tasks.
- Manage internal IT ticket queue and maintain SLAs.
- Analyze and optimize current IT systems and processes.
