  • Background in a fast-paced recruiting agency.
  • Proven experience closing roles in the UK and at least one other European market.
  • Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing tools like HireEZ, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Deep understanding of sales roles, methodology, and discovery mechanics.
  • Ability to act as a consultant to GTM leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing recruitment funnels.

Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and convert 100% of candidate pipeline using tools like HireEZ, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Act as a rigorous gatekeeper for top 1% candidates.
  • Conduct structured deep-dive sales assessments.
  • Deliver high-quality talent pipelines across the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
  • Own funnel metrics including response and passthrough rates.
  • Partner with GTM leaders as a strategic consultant.
  • Develop strategic influence and data literacy within the talent acquisition function.
