Requirements
- 2–4 years of in-house SaaS sales recruiting experience in a high-talent bar environment.
- Background in a fast-paced recruiting agency.
- Proven experience closing roles in the UK and at least one other European market.
- Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing tools like HireEZ, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Deep understanding of sales roles, methodology, and discovery mechanics.
- Ability to act as a consultant to GTM leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing recruitment funnels.
Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and convert 100% of candidate pipeline using tools like HireEZ, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Act as a rigorous gatekeeper for top 1% candidates.
- Conduct structured deep-dive sales assessments.
- Deliver high-quality talent pipelines across the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
- Own funnel metrics including response and passthrough rates.
- Partner with GTM leaders as a strategic consultant.
- Develop strategic influence and data literacy within the talent acquisition function.
