Responsibilities

- Craft specific, human, and tailored outreach messages.
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective candidates.
- Manage meaningful req loads across multiple roles simultaneously.
- Use AI tools to personalize outreach and accelerate research.
- Partner with hiring managers to define and maintain high candidate quality bars.
- Analyze and track sourcing channel performance and outreach conversion metrics.
