Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Proven track record owning full lifecycle for engineering profiles.
- Direct experience recruiting AI engineers, ML engineers, or agentic systems builders.
- Familiarity with technical communities (Hugging Face, LangChain, GitHub).
- Ability to have credible technical conversations with engineers.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, or comparable ATS.
- Strong full-cycle instincts from sourcing through close.
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate in a lean environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full recruiting cycle for technical and AI hiring end-to-end.
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, and AI networks.
- Partner with co-founders and hiring managers to define profiles.
- Drive all stages of candidate experience with urgency.
- Manage offers, negotiate compensation, and close candidates.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and report on recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to employer branding and content.
- Provide market insights and compensation benchmarking.
