Requirements
- Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of AEC industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
- Ability to manage coordinated Revit models and produce documentation independently.
- Experience with technology system layouts (telecom/ICT, audiovisual, security, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to interpret design intent and anticipate modeling impacts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM execution and maintain project model health.
- Translate design intent and engineer markups into constructible documentation.
- Run clash detection and resolve modeling conflicts.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Designers on modeling and documentation.
- Contribute to BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
- Maintain clear documentation in GitHub and project tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams and cross-discipline partners.
- Participate in site walks and existing condition verification.
