Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Design Technology, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience using Revit, BIM, or CAD-related software.
- Basic understanding of architectural and mechanical drawings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Unreal Engine, or Twinmotion.
- Knowledge of 3D parametric CAD modeling.
- Familiarity with GD&T and drafting standards.
- Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Responsibilities
- Create 2D and 3D laboratory designs, concept layouts, and construction drawings.
- Convert Matterport digital twin files, BIM files, or point clouds into usable design formats.
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and visualizations using tools such as Revit, Enscape, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and internal teams to refine and finalize laboratory design layouts.
- Prepare phasing plans and technical drawings to support laboratory installation.
- Maintain and document design change requests.
- Provide accurate technical specifications and installation dimensions.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and drafting standards.
