Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or client-facing advisory/PEO/ASO roles.
- Advanced knowledge of U.S. employment laws (Wage and Hour, Leave Administration, Hiring, Employee Relations, Terminations).
- Active HRCI or SHRM certification.
- Strong consultative and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex HR/compliance topics into practical business guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Slack.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR compliance and best-practice guidance to U.S.-based small and medium-sized businesses.
- Consult with clients via phone and written communication regarding HR questions and concerns.
- Research federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Deliver professional recommendations to support client decision-making.
- Manage client inquiries while meeting service level expectations.
- Serve as a senior HR resource for clients and internal team members.
- Mentor colleagues and assist in identifying knowledge gaps.
- Contribute to the creation of compliance resources, articles, and educational content.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery models.
- Manage client escalations and lead departmental projects.
