Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales experience.
- At least 3 years in a VP or Head of Sales role.
- Demonstrated success building or rebuilding sales functions at $15M–$100M ARR range.
- Direct experience selling learning/HR technologies to enterprise.
- Experience with both direct enterprise sales and mid-market motions.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding team sales targets.
- Expertise in sales technology, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales enablement platforms.
- Strong ability to create and execute sales strategies in competitive markets.
- Data-fluent with ability to build board-ready pipeline reports.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the full sales playbook including outbound motions and demo narratives.
- Design the channel mix across direct enterprise, mid-market, and partner segments.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Oversee existing inbound sales and account management teams.
- Deliver annual revenue numbers and quarterly forecasts with board-level rigor.
- Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to improve deal velocity and forecasting.
- Align with Marketing on lead quality and pipeline generation.
