Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of progressive sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • 5–8+ years in senior sales leadership roles with revenue generation responsibility.
  • Experience supporting Government contracting or public sector procurement.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar revenue targets and complex sales cycles.
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and managing sales and account management teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with company mission and goals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in emergency management and disaster recovery.
  • Lead high-performing business development, account management, and proposal teams.
  • Manage and optimize the corporate CRM and sales pipeline process.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to influence growth and client success strategies.
  • Manage the business development budget.
  • Strengthen partnerships with federal, state, and local government agencies.
