Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution-based sales.
- 3+ years of experience selling into financial services organizations.
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions.
- Experience communicating AI, automation, and digital transformation value to senior executives.
- Strong understanding of financial services priorities such as compliance, risk management, and fraud prevention.
- Demonstrated success in building and expanding enterprise accounts and closing new logos.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Data-driven and strategic approach to territory planning.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive revenue growth across enterprise financial services accounts.
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales processes, consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, transformation leaders, and operational stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise customer relationships.
- Deliver value-based selling presentations, clearly articulating ROI, efficiency gains, and business transformation outcomes.
- Collaborate with partners and system integrators to develop pipeline opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure strong customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies.
