Requirements
- 6+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- 4+ years selling complex enterprise software solutions into large organizations.
- Proven track record of acquiring net-new enterprise customers.
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, CCaaS, or BPO solutions.
- Strong background in strategic, value-based selling.
- Experience in executive-level discovery and business case development.
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-threaded account engagement.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends and digital transformation.
- Proficiency in pipeline management, account planning, and CRM hygiene.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a strategic territory plan focused on acquiring net-new enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and executive outreach.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through close.
- Consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Engage C-level stakeholders with business cases connecting AI initiatives to financial outcomes.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Professional Services.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC framework to qualify opportunities and manage deal cycles.
