Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in security document systems, smart cards, ID printing, or defense industries.
  • Proven track record in government sector sales within the assigned region.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Experience working within a cross-border, international team environment.
  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the Business Unit within the assigned target territory.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and identify potential market opportunities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify market leads; build long-term relationships.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and select local business partners.
  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Prepare and present quarterly sales reports for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records within the sales CRM system.
  • Establish direct communication with government authorities, end-users, and resellers.
  • Collaborate with departments and customers to negotiate and finalize agreements.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales team for project tenders and proposals.
