Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in security document systems, smart cards, ID printing, or defense industries.
- Proven track record in government sector sales within the assigned region.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Experience working within a cross-border, international team environment.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the Business Unit within the assigned target territory.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and identify potential market opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify market leads; build long-term relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and select local business partners.
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare and present quarterly sales reports for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records within the sales CRM system.
- Establish direct communication with government authorities, end-users, and resellers.
- Collaborate with departments and customers to negotiate and finalize agreements.
- Coordinate with pre-sales team for project tenders and proposals.
