Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • 2-3 years in high-volume B2C environments with a track record in appointment setting, lead qualification, or inside sales.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking or sales quotas.
  • Experience working with a CRM and managing high-volume lead flow.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
  • Organized, disciplined, and resilient.
  • Growth mindset, adaptable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to maximize connections and consultations booked.
  • Build rapport, uncover needs, and persuasively present the value of a paid consultation.
  • Handle objections professionally, and guide prospective clients toward booking and payment with confidence and empathy.
  • Follow up persistently with warm leads until they convert or are disqualified.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions in HubSpot or other applicable software.
  • Use AI-generated call summaries to support your own follow-up and self-coaching.
  • Engage with ManyChat conversational flows to manage and respond to inbound leads.
  • Consistently hit and exceed daily and weekly performance goals for consultations booked, response time, and follow-up activity.
  • Act as the bridge between prospective clients and our Consultation Specialists.
