Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- 2-3 years in high-volume B2C environments with a track record in appointment setting, lead qualification, or inside sales.
- Strong persuasive communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking or sales quotas.
- Experience working with a CRM and managing high-volume lead flow.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
- Organized, disciplined, and resilient.
- Growth mindset, adaptable, and collaborative.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to maximize connections and consultations booked.
- Build rapport, uncover needs, and persuasively present the value of a paid consultation.
- Handle objections professionally, and guide prospective clients toward booking and payment with confidence and empathy.
- Follow up persistently with warm leads until they convert or are disqualified.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions in HubSpot or other applicable software.
- Use AI-generated call summaries to support your own follow-up and self-coaching.
- Engage with ManyChat conversational flows to manage and respond to inbound leads.
- Consistently hit and exceed daily and weekly performance goals for consultations booked, response time, and follow-up activity.
- Act as the bridge between prospective clients and our Consultation Specialists.
