Requirements
- 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying B2B sales.
- Experience enabling or selling technical products.
- Proven track record of building effective training programs.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Fluency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message).
- Experience with LMS, conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Gong), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-starter mindset suitable for a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and run sales onboarding.
- Design and deliver a structured ramp program for new sales hires.
- Lead recurring live and virtual training sessions.
- Conduct call reviews, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching.
- Partner with product marketing to translate technical product value.
- Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and certification paths.
- Embed and reinforce a consistent sales framework.
- Track metrics like ramp time and pipeline impact.
