  • Experience enabling or selling technical products.
  • Proven track record of building effective training programs.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Fluency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message).
  • Experience with LMS, conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Gong), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Self-starter mindset suitable for a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run sales onboarding.
  • Design and deliver a structured ramp program for new sales hires.
  • Lead recurring live and virtual training sessions.
  • Conduct call reviews, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching.
  • Partner with product marketing to translate technical product value.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and certification paths.
  • Embed and reinforce a consistent sales framework.
  • Track metrics like ramp time and pipeline impact.
