Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience within a B2B technology environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional workflows with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations.
  • Background in improving operational processes and execution speed.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise sales cycles, contracts, pricing, and procurement.
  • Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and security questionnaires.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools like HubSpot, CPQ, or contract management platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales enablement initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing enablement programs.
  • Own Deal Desk operations from proposal to close.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks.
  • Lead and manage RFP/RFQ/RFI and security questionnaire responses.
  • Build and maintain scalable content libraries and response frameworks.
  • Optimize Salesforce and GTM system workflows.
  • Support broader Revenue Operations initiatives.
