Requirements

  • Experience interviewing customers and producing case studies for enterprise accounts.
  • Strong design skills and familiarity with tools like Webflow, Canva Magic Studio, Figma, Adobe Firefly, Gamma, Midjourney.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience building category narratives.
  • Ability to work in an operational, hands-on role rather than pure strategy.
  • Portfolio of past work required at application.

Responsibilities

  • Manage website end-to-end including pages, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
  • Execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and SEO/GEO strategies.
  • Build and own the HubSpot marketing stack including lead scoring and attribution.
  • Develop AI workflows to support lean team productivity.
  • Produce high-quality customer case studies, video, and social proof.
  • Establish category voice through pillar content and executive-voice campaigns.
  • Execute U.S. event and webinar programs.
  • Report on marketing-sourced pipeline on a weekly basis.
