Requirements
- 8+ years of AI/ML leadership experience in an agile Technology/SaaS business.
- Portfolio of large-scale AI/ML solutions deployed globally.
- Deep knowledge of industry-standard ML tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Claude Code.
- Confirmed expertise in building Agentic AI applications for customer-facing use cases.
- Background in designing, integrating, and scaling end-to-end AI/ML systems for recommendations and personalization.
- Strong product mindset with experience in customer-facing domains.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and champion strategic vision for AI/ML applications.
- Operationalize Agentic AI to create adaptive, intelligent systems.
- Design and implement robust AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, model training, and deployment.
- Architect systems for scalability, rapid experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Partner across engineering, product, and data teams to deliver products.
- Stay at the forefront of AI/ML research to influence the roadmap.
- Mentor and develop high-performing AI/ML teams.
