Requirements
- 8-12+ years in software development within teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or XP.
- Expertise in ML/Applied AI tools and patterns including LLM, MLOps, RAG.
- Experience using different models (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, LLaMA).
- Experience developing copilots and RAG applications.
- Experience discussing enterprise deployments and communicating with client leadership.
- Proficiency with Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Graph Databases.
- Implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with SOA, Microservices, and architectural patterns.
- Experience with enterprise application integration and AuthN/AuthZ methods.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or business.
Responsibilities
- Mentor team members and contribute to the hiring and annual review process.
- Shape and contribute to engineering culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape, propose, and present engineering practices and architectures.
- Influence business development by contributing to proposals.
- Extract reusable components and lessons learned across the organization.
- Lead project teams, gathering and refining business requirements into systems.
- Create reference implementations and lead by example in coding and documentation.
