- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or XP).
- Experience in ML / Applied AI tools and patterns (LLM, MLOps, RAG).
- Experience with model selection (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, LLaMA).
- Experience developing copilots and RAG applications.
- Experience with Vector Databases and Embeddings.
- Experience with Graph Databases.
- Implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with SOA, Microservices, or architectural patterns.
- Experience with enterprise application integration and AuthN/AuthZ.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership within software teams as a mentor, team-lead, trusted client-facing technologist and/or hands-on contributor.
- Impact all phases of projects and the SDLC.
- Leverage existing depth of knowledge to maximize project impact.
- Grow into new and/or adjacent technologies and domains.
- Present solutions to clients as well as internal team members.
- Shape the technologies used in development.
