Requirements
- 2+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role.
- 4+ years of organic social work with focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience leading content strategy, managing teams, and driving organic growth.
- Digital portfolio showcasing short-form video, creator content, and carousels with metric impact.
- Proficiency in storyboarding, shooting, cutting, and shipping content.
- Hands-on experience with CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of platform metrics (hook retention, watch time, etc.).
- Experience using AI tools like Claude, Midjourney, or Runway for content production.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-tempo content strategy and direction for full-funnel organic programs.
- Deliver expert advice and concepts for native short-form video.
- Own brand social voice, community management, and trend response.
- Translate platform data into compelling content concepts and iterations.
- Brief Designers and Editors on asset creation and perform hands-on editing/design when needed.
- Present content work and channel strategy to stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor platform metrics to identify organic winners worth scaling to paid media.
- Establish processes and content frameworks to scale the Organic Social service.
