Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role.
  • 4+ years of organic social work with focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience leading content strategy, managing teams, and driving organic growth.
  • Digital portfolio showcasing short-form video, creator content, and carousels with metric impact.
  • Proficiency in storyboarding, shooting, cutting, and shipping content.
  • Hands-on experience with CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Deep understanding of platform metrics (hook retention, watch time, etc.).
  • Experience using AI tools like Claude, Midjourney, or Runway for content production.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-tempo content strategy and direction for full-funnel organic programs.
  • Deliver expert advice and concepts for native short-form video.
  • Own brand social voice, community management, and trend response.
  • Translate platform data into compelling content concepts and iterations.
  • Brief Designers and Editors on asset creation and perform hands-on editing/design when needed.
  • Present content work and channel strategy to stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor platform metrics to identify organic winners worth scaling to paid media.
  • Establish processes and content frameworks to scale the Organic Social service.
