- 10+ years of hands-on digital media buying experience.
- Deep expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong experience in paid search, paid social, display, video, native, and CTV.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced proficiency with Looker Studio.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for forecasting and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in remote environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage multi-platform paid media campaigns.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, social, display, and video campaigns.
- Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
- Analyze campaign data to identify scaling opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Manage budget pacing and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams.
- Test new ad formats and strategies to support scalability.
