  • 10+ years of hands-on digital media buying experience.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong experience in paid search, paid social, display, video, native, and CTV.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced proficiency with Looker Studio.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for forecasting and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in remote environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multi-platform paid media campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, social, display, and video campaigns.
  • Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify scaling opportunities and bottlenecks.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Manage budget pacing and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams.
  • Test new ad formats and strategies to support scalability.
