Requirements

- Proficiency in content scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Exceptional copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content using AI-powered tools.
- Utilize CapCut and other editing tools to produce engaging, professional short-form videos and reels.
- Leverage analytics to track performance metrics, evaluate campaign success, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Implement automation and AI tools to streamline content creation and scheduling.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to ensure alignment of content strategy.
