Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience working with employee benefits brokers
- Experience in a sales capacity at a carrier, point solution, or in-house
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong referral partners
- Strong working knowledge of the employee benefits broker and consultant ecosystem
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Responsibilities
- Execute and operationalize partner enablement and go-to-market programs
- Deliver partner-facing resources, training, and sales tools
- Generate pipeline for Account Executives and support in pitches, RFPs, and finalist presentations
- Capture and synthesize partner insights to inform product improvements
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with brokers and consultants
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partners
- Act as a Sparrow ambassador within the partner ecosystem
