Requirements
- 7+ years of experience engaging with cooperative leadership, farmers, or agricultural retail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred
- Strong financial acumen regarding cooperative structures
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with cooperative CEOs, board chairs, and senior leaders
- Design, facilitate, and support governance and leadership development programs
- Plan and lead regional member engagement events and forums
- Partner with internal teams to share member insights
- Collaborate with commercial, talent, and retail growth teams
- Work closely with government relations teams to support member advocacy
- Support execution of stakeholder events and policy roundtables
