  • Educate prospects on Sparrow’s leave management solution.
  • Master value deck presentations and detailed product demos.
  • Articulate value pillars and competitive landscape insights.
  • Utilize sales stack tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and Chili Piper.
  • Close business and achieve consistent quota attainment.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings.
  • Work with implementation and leave specialists for customer onboarding.
