Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and channel partners.
- Educate prospects on Sparrow’s leave management solution.
- Master value deck presentations and detailed product demos.
- Articulate value pillars and competitive landscape insights.
- Utilize sales stack tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and Chili Piper.
- Close business and achieve consistent quota attainment.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings.
- Work with implementation and leave specialists for customer onboarding.
